Nice staff but no restaurant on site. The info they still have online indicates there is a bar and restaurant at the hotel but according to staff it closed in February.

I found the hotel clean with nice rooms, however, I was not pleased with the lack of information regarding the shuttle service. When returning from Mexico, there was confusion between hotel staff regarding where to be for pick up by the shuttle to return to the hotel. I suggest a handout for guests so the guests know exactly where to wait and expect the shuttle to pick them up.

Grand Park Hotel exceeded my expectations. It was a very nice place for a Park-Sleep-Fly package. The staff was kind patient and friendly. The rooms were clean and welcoming.
The parking was just the hotel lot. I was 50/50 about the safety versus using one of the park/Fly lots. However, the price was the same for one night stay and the 8 days of parking. My vehicle was fine upon our return. The shuttle only holds 7-8 people so reservations are needed, not sure what they would do if more people needed the shuttle at the same time. Upon return, it was unclear to me if I called for the shuttle or if it ran on a schedule. I still called the hotel to ask for a pickup.
Overall great experience. I would use the service and hotel again.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Quick easy drive to Vancouver airport.
