Hotel was clean. The shuttle was totally inadequate. We waited at the airport for over 40 minutes while everyone else’s shuttles came and went. Then when the shuttle finally arrived, there was not room for us. Over an hour later, another shuttle driver who’s hotel was nearby the Sonesta North actually gave us a ride.

Hotel and staff was very nice. The only thing was we were taking an international flight and the shuttle didn’t go to the international terminal. So we took an Uber there and back not using the shuttle. That’s the reason for the low rating on the shuttle. They should advertise no direct shuttle to the international terminal. They did say we could take the shuttle to the domestic terminal then take transportation to international terminal. That would have been to complicated. Everything else was great!

Absolutely the best. Hotel front desk was very polite and helpful. Valet parking was gentlemen was also very helpful and made me feel safe since i was traveling alone. The restaurant was very busy with only one server working but the food was delicious.
