Highly attentive for safe parking! Easy checki in on return. Very comfortable and spacious room.

Our experience was great! Friendly staff, convenient location near the airport. The process of booking and parking our vehicle, etc was super easy. The hotel could have been a little cleaner, but it was at a great price and we did just fine!

Good location Basic but fine hotel. Very limited shuttle hours that meant an extra $50 cab ride. No 24 hour shuttle service here! Only available 4 to 11 am. And again 4-11 pm. If you need the shuttle between 11 am and 4 pm too bad for you! Totally misleading booking.

Room was ok and the morning shuttle was good but the complete disregard for customer service on the second shuttle was very very disappointing. With 10 hrs notice they couldn’t seem to arrange a shuttle for the five of us to get back to our truck so a cab had to be taken. This was created by an airline delay and beyond our control but arrangements could have been made with that much notice. I will not be recommending this service to anyone at this time Thanks Dan

The hotel was clean. Beds were average comfort level. Halls were noisy.

Hotel was not great at all, the bathroom door wouldn't shut. The elevator made a loud noise that we heard all night from our room. Horrible experience we never slept all night. Also we were charged in American funds all costs were total over 7oo dollars.

Do not use this hotel. I foolishly did not pay enough attention to when their shuttle operates and found out the hard way that it only runs for several hours in the morning and several hours in the late afternoon. This means that if your flight leaves or arrives in the late morning, early afternoon or night you will have no shuttle service. Even if you plan your flights correctly, if you arrive back late or your departure time is moved, you are still out of luck. I had to use Lyft to get back to the Hotel after my flight. When I pointed this out to the owner, he was very rude. At least the parking lot is big. Our room was clean and quiet, but had a chemical smell, and there are signs of poor upkeep throughout the hotel, like broken lights in the elevator and stains on the blankets. It's way too expensive for what you get.

Convenient location for the airport. Good amenities and breakfast.

INACCURATE RATINGS!! TERRIBLE shuttle, hotel, and customer service!!! ZERO STARS!!!! If you enjoy sleeping on an uncomfortable hard bed, in a poorly kept room just before you start your vacation or if you enjoy the risk of missing your flight because you’re at the mercy of a hotel family shuttle (small caravan without proper logo or identification) service that only runs when they feel like it driving, or perhaps if you enjoy waiting at the airport in the middle of the day upon returning from your vacation, calling the shuttle service and letting the phone ring repeatedly for back to back to back phone calls (ringing no less than 100 times), then arguing with and getting yelled at by a family of arrogance and ZERO customer service skills, then this is the perfect spot!! We are a young family of four that have absolutely no problem sacrificing to help save a few extra dollars, but we will NEVER risk another vacation at the mercy of this family’s horrendous operation!!!

Good night's rest, prompt service both to and back from airport. Car was in good condition when we got back. By the time all the charges had been added on, it would have been cheaper in the airport parking. But with traveling a distance and traffic to the airport it did give us peace of mind we where so close to the airport and not miss out flight.

We used the park, stay, fly option to stay 1 night and park for a few extra days. We felt safe, the room was quite nice, and the shuttle service to the airport was fast and considerate.

Trying to get to the airport was a hassle. The shuttle is supposed to start running at 4:30 pm and at almost 5 we were still waiting for a driver to show up to begin the service. On our return, we tried several times to contact the hotel to pick us up with the shuttle with no answer. We finally had to pay an Uber driver 53 dollars for the 7 minute drive back to the hotel. So needless to say we would not recommend this hotel for anyone needing airport service.

It was a great comfort to know our car was safe while traveling to Japan. We stayed at the Comfort Inn Toronto Airport the day before we left for our trip and also stayed on the night we returned, before driving home. Comfortable accomodations and very close to the airport. The airport shuttle service was excellent as well.
