Hyatt Centric Chicago O’Hare - O'Hare International Airport

Great experience all the way around. Everything went as expected with no problems at all

It was very very helpful to come back to a room that was already booked. The parking lot was small enough that the parking was easy to manage and easy to find our car. The staff was so nice to us very weary travelers!

Hotel rooms are good parking and shuttle were bad

The hotel was nice and the people at the desk and at the restaurant and bar were very helpful and friendly. Returning from a trip and having to wait at the curb for 30 minutes was a little disappointing. Could the shuttle run every 15 or 20 minutes? That would be really nice.

It was easy to follow the direction to our parking spot. The hotel provided everything we needed , the shuttle was a godsend at 5.ocklock in the morning. We took a taxi back to the hotel as we had no luck getting through to the hotel to book a shuttle from Terminal 5. All good, would use the service again.

Hotel was OK. Shuttle to the airport was so oversubscribed at 4:30 a.m. that we had to use Uber to get to the airport. After a long wait on the return trip, we had adult people sitting on each other's laps (literally! at least they were family members) for the ride from O'Hare back to the hotel. Compared to the frequency and size of the other hotel shuttles, Hyatt Rosemont seemed to be undersupplied. Parking was in short supply at the parking garage.

The hotel was PERFECT! The pick-up shuttle to the airport at the hotel was also PERFECT! Getting picked up at O'Hare was a different story. There are 3 different Hyatt shuttles for 3 different Hyatt hotels - something we did not know about. Since I was in a wheelchair, we trusted the wheelchair attendant to take us to the correct shuttle pick-up area. We tried to get on the first Hyatt Rosemont shuttle and the driver said his shuttle was going to a different Hyatt. So we waited for another 45 minutes and finally called and told them we were at door 5. They obviously know that people wait at door 5 because there was a prompt on the phone menu that says to press this number if you are waiting at door #5, so obviously it happens a lot. After an hour, we finally flagged down the Hyatt Rosemont shuttle and the driver never helped us with our bags, and a gentleman who got on the same shuttle with us found out he was on the wrong shuttle and was told he had to find a ride back to the correct Hyatt. After letting us off at the Hyatt Rosemont, the driver DID eventually take the man to the correct Hyatt. I LOVE the program, but better communication about pick-up at the airport would be very helpful!

The hotel was wonderful. Everything was clean and beautiful. I called the hotel while we were waiting for our luggage and the person I talked with was very helpful. The shuttle was exactly on time. Perfect!

Hotel Hyatt is very good friendly, clean and close to the airport.

We love staying here for the parksleepfly. The staff is always accommodating, and we feel that our vehicle is safe in the parking garage. We ate at the restaurant and the food was NOT GOOD, but the waitress was sweet and tried to make it right. Beds and shower are good, and the shuttle is very reliable going to the airport. Pickup from the airport is not quite every 30 minutes, but usually within 45.

Hotel was fine. Parking garage fair. Shuttle never showed up for pickup at airport. After passing by us 5 times the Hyatt Regency shuttle (they run every 15 minutes) took us to the Hyatt Rosemont. He apologized for the Rosemont not living up to the Hyatt standard and that they were new to the Park Sleep Fly program.

Very nice hotel. Parking is covered too.

Waited over an hour for the shuttle after calling 4 times and being told each time it was 10min away. Plus I had 3 kids with me. Unacceptable!
