Power was out when we arrived due to an accident. stayed out all night, no hot shower in the morning, kinda expected a discount from you. had 3 rooms, we had to dig for confirmations to prove rooms, you could not pull them up.
frustrating start to a long 15 day vacation with 2 days of flying and no shower.

Horrible. Hotel was dirty. Ice machines were not working. We will never stay again.

Hotel staff was great, hotel in general was ok. Shuttle service was horrid. Had to wait an hour to be picked up from airport. Will only ever use this hotel in future well be last resort.
