On the shuttle I said we waited more than 30 minutes. In fact, this hotel does NOT offer shuttle service to the cruise port. When I first checked with the hotel they said we (I and Thomas Cook, Jr.) did not have reservations. When I finally got through to a manager, she did find our reservations and said we had parking and shuttle service. When we arrived at the hotel, they seemed completely confused about shuttle service to the port. We did get the parking but our reservations were for an entirely different rate----less because there is no shuttle. I found this experience to be a total mess.

I booked this hotel based on they offered a shuttle to the Baltimore port for a cruise I was going on and once I got to the hotel I was told they no longer go to the port. Luckily I was able to get a ride there but I was stressing out because of that!
