Our stay was wonderful. The breakfast was hot and great, and the shuttle service in both directions was prompt. I cannot think of a better way to stay and fly.

Hotel staff friendly and efficient.Answered phones quickly, was not put on hold. Room was clean looked recently updated. Full hot Breakfast delicious. Loved the Uber ride to airport, no waiting for return shuttle that may be full was nice. Definitely my first choice now for park sleep n fly hotel.

I left my car when I flew out. This was easy--great. The accommodation is a little worn, but it was clean, I was on time for my flight and the ride back was good. The phoning to the hotel was tough. I was told to go to "T" in the airport. I repeated--T as in Thomas,and got a yes. There is no T area. I had to call back I had gone to where I thought I might and asked for confirmation. I think MSP has changed it signage...

Staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel staff orders an Uber to shuttle to and from the airport. We didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes. Room were clean.
