Great stay. Hotel is currently under renovations, but access and parking was still very easy. Shuttle service is prompt as when he dropped us off, told us exactly where they pick up. And for pick up, once you are ready, you call the desk and the shuttle is sent for you. No standing around wondering if you'll be able to catch it.

The hotel was easy to get to and the shuttle service made parking much easier than using the airport lot. The shuttle drivers both ways were timely and friendly. As a result, the trip was much less stressful. The personnel at the hotel were extremely helpful and answered all my questions completely and pleasantly. The room was quiet and clean with the exception of toothpaste splash marks on the faucet. The mattress was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again with the benefit of the shuttle service to and from the airport.

Room was okay. Not great but it was just for the night. Hotel staff were friendly. The website needs to be updated. The page states that they have shuttle service that runs from 4am to midnight. That is not true. They only run from 5am to midnight. Makes a big difference if you are trying to connect to an early flight. The manager was very apologetic about this descrepancy and was willing to pay for an uber to the airport.

The hotel & staff were good. The room was clean and very adequate for our needs. The transport to the airport was good. He was prompt & got us to the airport in plenty of time; however, the return trip was very bad! We called upon our return at 4:35 pm & were told he would be there in 15 minutes. At 5:05, we called again because he was not there yet; & were told again it would be 15 minutes. He did not arrive until 5:25 pm!

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Our trip to the airport was on time and comfortable, the driver was pleasant and helpful. The return trip after 10 days away, the hotel van was waiting in the spot the driver said he would be in, didn't have to call. Our car was in the same spot we left it in when we left it 10 days ago, dirty from the outside Elements but unharmed. Great experience. No worries!

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean, we were able to put our name down for the airport shuttle to reserve a space at the time we desired, the shuttle was on time coming and going, and the shuttle driver was kind. I would definitely stay there again.
