They were wonderful. Shuttle service quick and super nice drivers. Desk clerks were extremely nice and helpful. Woukd definitely recommend and stay there again! Hotel nice!

Have used this service before successfully. Last trip was great til the return trip to the hotel parking; waited 45 minutes for shuttle (5 minute trip from hotel). Person taking call at the desk, never notified the driver until a second call to the hotel after waiting 30 minutes. This was reportably a reoccurring problem when the call taker is trying to multi-task.
