Excellent manager. The hotel made an error regarding their shuttle schedule. They got us an Uber instead and paid for it.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The parking was in a safe spot. The shuttle drivers were very nice and the wait time to return from the airport was short. The overall price was cheaper than long term at the airport! I would recommend to anyone.

Hotel was great. Shuttle service on pickup day at end of trip was very slow. We waited an hour and a half at the airport for a shuttle that was suppose to run every 30 minutes.

We didn't have hot water to take a shower in the morning. We called the front desk and were told that they didn't have maintenance at that time. They gave us a room right next door and it didn't have hot water either. So we went on a 5 hour flight (not to mention all the time in the airport) with no shower.
We informed the front desk and we were not offered anything off our terrible stay.

Overnight stay before early morning flight, also parked car for weeklong trip. Check-in very easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle to airport was on time and the driver was very nice. Will stay again in future and recommend to other travelers.

Hotel was under going some renovation/carpet replacement. The toilet ran during the night The manual lock on the door did not work. The card reader on the back door did not work so if you parked in back and came in later in the evening you had to walk around to the front of the hotel and those parking while traveling had to park in back.

Hotel was clean. Staff didn’t tell me to call them from airport when I returned from my trip so they could call shuttle to pick us up. I called them after seeing that the shuttle did not arrive at airport by 10:30am. Shuttle drivers were friendly and courteous.
