When I checked into the hotel they could not find my reservation even after I called directly and confirmed it two months prior. After they found it they charged me for the stay which had been prepaid and two weeks later I am still having trouble getting Erika to fix the charge. The night clerk gave me the wrong shuttle pass and luckily I confirmed the next morning and was given the correct pass and placed on the shuttle list. The shuttle service was great and my vehicle was still there when I returned from the cruise. Overall I will not be staying there again in the future as it was not a great experience and is costing me double which would have been cheaper to park at the port.

Our stay was great, nice clean hotel, attractive lobby, and it was nice to wake up and have a good breakfast before leaving to get on our cruise. The shuttle driver was great as well and very funny and they were able to accommodate my mobility scooter.

Hotel was fine the park and fly is very deceptive. The shuttle charged an extra $80 and hotel an extra $20 for the service that is not disclosed up front. The shuttle service is terrible.

Was surprised when notation popped up that only one way shuttle was included AFTER reservation completed. Hotel very far from cruise port so other transportation expensive.

The Hotel was lovely, staff was wonderful, parking was good. The shuttle never arrived that they used so the sent an Uber which tried to charge us $20 more plus tip, I said no it is prepaid by the shuttle company so he left. They sent a second Uber and it was good but we got to our cruise 2 hours late for our check in time in a thunder and lightening storm which if the shuttle came as we booked we would have missed. Going home was good but we had to call to find them since we used an Uber to get to our cruise.

The staff was very nice and professional.
If you use the shuttle to the port, please keep in mind the shuttle makes several stops BEFORE heading to the port and several stops coming back to the hotel. We were on that bus for 2 hrs before making it back to the hotel. Keep in mind, your trip to the port is included in the hotel fee, not coming back, that’s an additional $34. I suggest paying that fee ahead of time.
Take a picture of your shuttle receipt because the driver keeps it when you board the bus.

The room was very outdated with vinyl flooring that was coming up and was soft in places. Hair was still in the shower, as well as a used wash cloth. The only ice machines that were working were located in the lobby. The only plus was that the bed was comfortable

Counter folk didn't speak English well. They couldn't find my reservation. Then found out I had to pay extra for a ride back from port. The made me pay a deposit at the desk then told me to pay the rest in cash to driver. Next day driver shook me down for more money and this was the ride to the port this was supposed to be included . Breakfast was a joke. Coffee nasty. Motel smells of mold and weed.

Awesome hotel for port of Miami cruise vacations. Transportation to and from the port was exceptional. Leaving our vehicle during the cruise at the property was a huge savings over port parking. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for a great experience!

There is NO round trip included with this to Cruise Port and back as you advertised. We had to pay additional $30.00 to get picked up from Cruise Port back to hotel. You need to fix this on your website.

Hotel was very nice! The shuttle to the port was excellent. VERY disappointed that the price we paid didn’t include shuttle service back from the port. We had to pay another $30 ($15 a piece) for shuttle service back to hotel. Never received any communication from shuttle service after we got back to port but the other couple we left motel with did. We feel we should be refunded the $30 we paid for shuttle service back to hotel!

The hotel was great although they are severely understaffed. Wait times to check in were horrible.
The shuttle service is a JOKE. So confusing to figure out and we paid over $100 MORE to get round trip back to the hotel after our cruise. When it came time for them to pick us up from the port, they gave us a number to call. I called them at 9:30, they said they had a bus AT THE PORT and they would be at our terminal soon to get us. After waiting 30 more minutes at the bus area, someone from their dispatch called me and said they couldn’t send that bus to us after all & so they were sending another one but it would take 15 minutes to get to us. BS.
They didn’t pick us up from the port until 11:30!!
It put us behind schedule for our lunch plans and we had to cancel them.

Great experience. My travel agent said to park at port but I found parksleepfly on line. So glad I did! Everything from reservation,check in, parking , transportation to port and back to hotel went smoothly. Felt very comfortable leaving the car for 11 days.. This is my number one choice for future cruises! I highly recommend !!!
