All was good except I couldn't get a receipt upon checkout because I was told it was booked through a 3rd party. All I know is I googled hotels near Cleveland Hopkins Airport and park, sleep fly showed up, so I booked. I've never heard of not being able up get a receipt though.

My experience was good. Hotel was clean. There is some needed updates but was shocked how big the room was. I would use again

Hotel lobby was small and filled full of industrial fans that were running. It made it tough to maneuver and extremely hard to hear the person at the front desk. Our room had a stale smell and you could hear dogs barking from another room. The only nice perk was plenty of parking to leave your vehicle during the trip.

The hotel was great! However the shuttle service driver was very rude, barely spoke to us and didn’t help with our bags. I would stay at the hotel again but would not want that shuttle service
