Red Roof Plus Miami was the only hotel available when I made my reservation as it was late. I hadn’t stayed in a Red Roof before but, as this was a Plus, I thought it would be OK. The lobby was fine, except the ladies room. There was a broken lock and the hooks fell off the door. The room was in need of repair. For example, there was a strange stain on the wall and thick visible caulking around the bath tub. The air conditioning/heating didn’t work but someone did come immediately and fixed it by pulling the unit out from the wall. I didn’t have breakfast and I couldn’t have coffee because the only creamer offered was sweetened. I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice.
I would not stay at a Red Roof again.

Hotel rooms so nasty, smell is awful and people drunk or using something walking. Not safe.
