The Tru hotel is in a great location with lots of dining options. We stayed at the hotel after a late afternoon arrival at Dulles and were able to have a nice dinner nearby, and then head home in the morning. The parking area is safe and very well lit. The hotel is rather basic but has everything you need for a pleasant stay and is extremely clean. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and I will do so in the future. The shuttle to the airport is on a set schedule. You can have a somewhat long wait for the shuttle when you arrive but the drive to and from the airport is quick. The ParkSleepFly service is great - the hotels and parking are very affordable and it’s far preferable than parking at the airport.

Not a lot of frills but comfortable and clean. The travel service to and from the airport was very efficient. The area in which the hotel is located has lots of great options for dining. The parking seemed very safe. The hotel location was excellent for traveling in from western Pennsylvania. I would definitely use the service and stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is new, clean, and easily accessible. Check in was quick. Shuttle to airport had minimal wait time. When we returned we called hotel and they sent the shuttle right away but it takes about 20 minutes for it to arrive. A good experience.

Hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable, provided good breakfast, and more importantly ran a good shuttle service to and from the airport. One major disappointment upon checking in was that my address on there computer was wrong. It showed that I was from Las Vegas. This caused a long delay, and some concern for me that I might not get a room. I’m glad that the guy at the desk was savvy enough and figured out that it had to be an error.

Hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and included. The place was decorated very festive for the holidays. I just missed the once an hour shuttle so had to wait a little longer for my ride back to my car, but that was understandable. My car was safe just like I had left it. I will do this again and again, and highly recommend your services .

This was the first time I used the service, and even though I didn’t know the proper steps, the staff was very kind to help my guests and I to have a comfortable room, a safe place to park and a comfortable ride to the airport and pick up. I would definitely return to this hotel
