Shuttle service was non-existent. We waited, and waited and waited for your so-called shuttle to take us to the Miami Port to board our cruise ship. After being told repeatedly the shuttle was on its way, a shuttle finally showed up, but wouldn’t honor our shuttle receipt. We had to pay $100.00. The staff kept saying the traffic was bad and that was why the shuttle was late. The driver who finally took us to the airport said the traffic wasn’t bad at all. After we left the cruise ship yesterday, there was no shuttle driver waiting for us. Paid $$ to get from the cruise terminal to the hotel to retrieve our car.

This was an amazing trip and the fact that we could park and cruise was the cherry on top. The staff was great. We bought the package that also gave us a ride to the port and the driver was awesome! We especially loved the bar up top and breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel. We'll be staying here again in the future.

The hotel was very nice. However, they didn’t provide a ride to the port. They said it wasn’t part of the package even though I showed them the reservation that said transport was included.

Hotel was nice and staff was helpful. My complaint is that parksleepfly website advertised shuttle service to and from cruise port and that is not the case. Upon arrival to the hotel, the staff wasn’t aware our shuttle service was included, I had to show my email receipt to them to prove it. Then we were called later that evening by staff and told return service from the cruise port was not included and we’d have to pay an extra fee and arrange that separately. I again went to show the front desk my parksleepfly confirmation, and was told that the website is wrong and they have been trying to get it fixed, but there’s nothing they can do. We spoke to the hotel manager and told the same thing- which was really frustrating. Had we known there was no return shuttle, we would have picked to stay elsewhere. I emailed parksleepfly.com on 12/27 and have yet to hear back which is also disappointing.
