The hotel was fine but the whole concept of park sleep fly did not work very well. Our morning flight was at 7AM and your shuttle just begins running then.We had to use the Taxi driver recommend by your front desk. He charged us $60 for the brief 5 mile drive to the airport! That is what 5 days of parking would have cost us. On our return it took nearly 30 minutes after we called your hotel for the shuttle to arrive. Overall, not the convenient and cost effective experience we thought it was going to be.

The Hyatt Place CVG Airport/Florence is an excellent choice for a Park/Fly. It is conveniently located near the airport, offers shuttle service, breakfast and light bites but is located near many restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean, staff was helpful and efficient and my car was safely parked for 6 nights/7 days while I was out of the country.

My issue was with the shuttle service provided by the hotel. Our 5am shuttle to the airport- it took them 10 minutes to find the keys to the van. When we returned, I called the hotel and they said it would be 15-20 minutes. We waited outside in 20 degrees...I called after 35 mins. they assured me he was on his way. After about 10 more minutes a van from a different Hyatt Place location dropped a woman off and I asked, can you take us to the CVG Airport/Florence hotel. He replied, "Sorry, no. Not me." Called hotel again 10 minutes later. I was seriously concerned the driver had been in an accident. "He's on the way." Called again after 10 more minutes. "Did you see the blue/orange van? He's from another location." She then started laughing about this situation that I did not find funny AT ALL. I LITERALLY ASKED HIM if he was our pick up and he said he wasn't. FINALLY after being in the freezing cold for almost AN HOUR- he returned. Needless to say, I would never in a million years stay at this location again due to the extremely poor shuttle service.

The stay was great. Room was clean. People were friendly. Transport to and from the airport went well and when we returned our vehicles were the way we left them.
