Easy to make reservations, hotel staff members were courteous and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was some difficulty in arranging the pickup at BWI airport on our return. We phoned the hotel from the baggage claim area and were told we had to call back when we actually had our bags in hand and were waiting at the pickup area. So we did that -- about ten minutes later -- and had difficulty communicating with hotel staff due to the noise level outside the airport. We were lucky that a shuttle bus appeared a few minutes later on its way to pick up other passengers. We managed to get to the hotel to retrieve our car, but it wasn't the way we wanted to end a ten-hour trip.

The shuttle was right on time to take us to the airport and bring us home. Hotel staff was great, room and amenities need a little upgrade....

We enjoyed the entire service . Check in was smooth, self parking,and shuttle to airport. However our return trip was horrible! We waited over 45 minutes to picked up,through 3 phone calls. Never again will I use Hyatt BWI

This is my favorite hotel airport. There is a restaurant next door which is convenient for dinner and a decent choice of breakfast foods in the morning. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is helpful, but they have had computer issues the last two times we stayed there. The employees are professional and the managers appear to be good troubleshooters for issues that arise.

The pool seemed to be undergoing repairs and there was quite a bit of water in the bedroom near the air conditioner. The carpet was completely soaked there. Hotel needs some maintenance!

We stay here often. The staff is very friendly. They offer a breakfast buffet and shuttle service which is a bonus. However, this stay our room was not so comfortable. The AC unit ran very loud and noisy all night long. Pillows were awful. The shuttle driver was FANTASTIC! We had him on both runs (to & from) the airport. He was friendly, helpful, courteous and fun to talk to! He was ready on time to take us over to the airport. Coming back we had a 15-20 minute wait for him.

Very good hotel. But the shuttle is another thing. We will never stay there again. The shuttle driver was rude we waited almost 1 hour for him to pick us from the hotel. He just ran his mouth and basically would not get a word in. Never ever will I recommend this hotel for sleep and fly service….. we had to call at least 4 times to hotel for the shuttle.

Terrible, incompetent customer service. Didn't correctly check us in. Didn't provide ANY room keys and sent new guests to try to enter our room at 3am.

Best Park Sleep Fly experience. Easy check in. Clean, spacious, quiet room. Great free hot breakfast. And most importantly best shuttle service I have ever experienced. Service was very prompt and the drivers all professional and friendly. This hotel will be my go to hotel for Park Sleep Fly in the future
