Very nice hotel, super clean, and right at the airport........don't know how they did it, but there can be a jet right across the street taxiing to the runway and you can't hear it inside the rooms! Front desk was very efficient, and the shuttle service is now 24 hrs on call.....didn't wait more than 5 minutes going or returning.

The receptionist at the front needs to give a card for return service shuttle number. I had to look it up.

Hotel and staff were excellent. Very clean and spacious. Close to airport. Park sleep fly price was of value. I would only stay here when flying out of this location.

The hotel was great. The person at the desk told me that the shuttle service ran until midnight, and I asked if my plane was late, (my arrival was scheduled for 10:50 pm) what should I do and they said, call and we will see what we can do. When my plane was late in arriving (after midnight), I was so pleased that the shuttle was there! The wonderful driver said they had changed the hours to run 24 hr./day. What great news. The driver was so nice and helpful. The driver was working on Wednesday, August 9 after midnight, I can't remember his name, but a good employee.

The hotel was everything we needed to start our trip off right. Being able to park at the hotel while we were gone was a huge convenience. we will look to book again when flying out of CMH.
