Hotel was clean, a great lobby and bar restaurant area. Staff was helpful at check-in and shuttle driver to the airport was great.

Wonderful. The staff was helpful and accommodated my needs when TV wouldn’t work in the room. Restaurant was very pleasant and food was delicious. The shuttle was also prompt and courteous. Definitely stay again. Oh and price was great.

The ease of staying here far outweighs the convenience of parking at the airport. The only thing that would have made it better was if my car was cleaned off of the 6” of snow that was on it upon my return. 🤣 I kid, I kid.

It was an “ok” hotel. The shuttle service sucked. We called them when we received our luggage. We walked outside as instructed and the van was full of airline staff. The next one came 10 minutes later and also was filled with airline staff. We were paying customers and should get a little respect. I would never use this hotel again!!! Or refer it!!!

We had a great experience, however the hotel is hard to find from the road. The room was nice. It was far from the front desk-down several hallways so much that it didn’t feel a part of a hotel. We passed large conference rooms, then down another hallway we felt disconnected and wondered if we’d taken a wrong turn but we hadn’t.
The shuttle was prompt both coming and going.
We parked in the main parking lot in front of the hotel and that is where the car stayed.

Hotel was clean; overdue for a refresh. We used the airport shuttle service and parked our car for the duration of the trip. Flawless and so convenient!

The hotel itself was very nice, clean and so close to the airport! This is the first time I used the park and fly and most certainly will not be the last! The nightly stay was very reasonable and the free parking and shuttle service was priceless! The drivers both to and from the airport were timely and helpful. A great experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff was very pleasant & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. Our shuttle was ready for us in the morning to take us to the airport & the driver was friendly & upbeat. We waited about 15 min for the shuttle to pick us up when returned. The driver drove right to our car and even helped put our luggage in it. We would definitely stay here again and use this service.
