The place was gross. Found other people's hair, it stunk, and was over all dirty. We were told that the shuttle comes every half hour, when in reality it comes whenever they think to call the driver. Which we found out after waiting outside for 35+ min at 5 am.

If I never stay at that hotel again it will be too soon! The only good part of that crappy hotel was Steve the shuttle driver. He was so awesome!

We typically stay at the other Baymont hotel Closer to Detroit Metro but were quite pleased to find this locations' shuttle service was comparable and our vehicle could be left on the premises instead of having to be moved to long-term parking. This time savings alone makes this hotel a better choice in my opinion. The location also seeemed quieter.

Do not stay at this hotel if you plan to use its “shuttle” services.

The hotel pool was dirty. They were out of fruit, yogurt, Danish at 8:30 Am milk for cereal was warm. Toilet was clogged so they handed my husband a plunger. Room was clean. I usually use sleep park and fly but a different hotel. Next time I will stay at the other hotel

Pool looked aged, hotel definitely looks older but it was clean. Sam the fellow in charge at front desk was friendly but demanding of a review and a good one at that. The female driver who picked us up was apparently rude on the phone at first but seemed friendly afterwards.

The front desk person took at least 15 minutes to find our registration, luckily I had a printout of it. The room cleanliness was questionable, lampshades were tilted due to missing finials. The front desk person had no idea how often the airport shuttles ran. We waited another 10 min while he ascertained that info. On our return from the airport we waited from 5:40 pm until 7 pm at ground transportation for the Baymont by Wyndam shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The front desk person claimed we missed the shuttle but we called as soon as we got off the plane and then it took him an hour and 20 min plus 5 phone calls from us to get him to return to pick us up. The shuttle driver never got out of the van, he made us open the rear and side doors to load and unload our luggage and get in and out (which is never supposed to happen). A horrible experience all the way around.

Initially we went to the "other" Baymont Hotel down the road. I panic for a few minutes when the receptionist did not have a record of our reservation, until she mentioned that we must be at the Baymont on Belleview. She also mentioned this happens quite a bit. Maybe you should clarify the locations of the two Baymont hotels. There were not any parking places so we parked on the service road for the hotel. Shuttle drivers were great. First room we got did not have the bed made and a towel was on the floor. We requested another room which was very nice.
