was stuck with no transportation back to the hotel. They sent a lyft driver that drove right past us and the driver would not answer his phone. Had to pay myself for an uber back to the hotel cause the hotel was to busy to pickup to take my calls.

Excellent stay. Very convenient location near LAX. Hotel bathroom door difficult to close and the Lyft took a long time to pick us up from the airport, but neither is a deal breaker. I will use this service again in the future.

Upon arrival and check out the front desk attendants were great. Room was clean and just what we had expected. Unfortunately upon our arrival home after traveling for most the day, we followed the instructions and called the hotel front desk to arrange for a Lyft ride to pick us up at the airport to shuttle us back to the hotel where are car was waiting. We spend over 45 minutes waiting for the front dest to pick up. Multiple calls that either went unanswered or just dropped. So we had to pay $35 to get our out ride back to the hotel and car. We hoped to resolve the issue with the front dest but there was a huge line and we were tired of waiting as it was late and wanted to get on our 2.5 hour drive home after our 8 hour flight.

Great hotel. And, so close to LAX without the hassle and traffic. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Wonderful amenities in the bathroom. And, an awesome bar / restaurant with a super-nice bartender. So convenient to park, sleep, fly --great value for long-term parking, too. The Lyft service as a shuttle to and from was so easy and comfortable. Will definitely take advantage of this service again when flying out of LAX!

Second time staying here and it was exceptional. The staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful. The room and beds were clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.
