Very clean and quiet room. Pleasant amenities. Pleasant employees. Our vehicle was safe and just as we left it when we returned. Shuttle service was very accommodating and right on time.

100% worth it! The cost wasn’t that much more than it would have been to park at the airport closest to the terminal. And we avoided the stress of potential traffic issues driving in on the day of our flight (two hours for us) which is a huge benefit for me. The hotel was nice and the shuttle to and from the airport was on time We’ll never take a trip again without using this service. Highly recommend!!

We were told not to park in the park sleep and fly area the night before our flight but to move the car at 4am before the shuttle which was an added hassle. Then there were no spaces available. So we left our car where it was, but did worry. It turned out fine though .

Hotel, especially the young black wowan, (assistant manger, June 16), who helped me with my car, when we returned . When I came to get the car from our extended stayed, the battery was dead. She was so very kind to charge the car with her jumper cables! What a wonderful person, to go above a beyond for me!

We were very pleased with our 2-night stay at Comfort Suites Airport BNA. The room was very clean and well appointed. It provided extra space with the "suite" area. We returned during the frigid spell that hit the south, and yes, our car would not start the next morning. The staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was generous.
We returned to Nashville too late to use the shuttle. On our departure, the driver was very pleasant and right on time. Only negative: the door to our room needed attention on the bottom. It looked warped.

Easy check in experience. The staff was friendly and reassured us that the shuttle to the airport would leave at 4am prompt. We had a very early flight, so we were nervous about that. The hotel room was clean but could use an upgrade. Our room had a couple missing lamp shades. But, it was good enough for a sleep to get us to the airport quickly. Our car was also well kept on the parking lot during our trip.
