nice, easy to get to airport

This was a great experience. Check-in, parking, shuttles and check-out all fast and easy. Had a 515 am flight out of newark nj and staying here so close to the airport was very convenient. We would definitely do it again!

It is such a great deal ! Go to the Hotel for the night, get up for an early flight and you are so close. Providing Airport Shuttle and Parking just worth the price. Easy Breezy! I will be using it again in 3 weeks.

The Hilton was very easy to get to. Parking was great and the front desk staff was very nice. Had dinner at the hotel. The food service was great and the food came out very fast. No complaints at all.

I was unable to stay the night before my travel due to a flight change. Because of a possible impact from Hurricane Helene, my flight was changed to the day of my hotel check-in. The manager was very empathetic and I was still able to keep my car in the hotel's parking lot during my time away.

Great place to leave the car for a few weeks.

Particularly nice for an airport hotel. Employees were knowledgeable, helpful & nice. I was scared to walk thru their parking garage late @ nite & they sent an escort rite away, which was wonderful. But these positives end up being outweighed a bit by the parking lot (Ceilings really low. Very few spaces left. No elevator.) Then outweighed some more by having to take bus from terminal to parking lot to wait for shuttle to hotel (not the hotel's fault, but I wasn't aware of it until after I booked, & it was a real pain). Then completely outweighed by having to wait more than 30 mins for shuttle. Seemed like shuttles from every other hotel I've ever heard of came & went before ours did. The worst part was that I had been told on the phone that I just needed to call when we got to lot & he would send someone over for us, so 30 minutes later, I was very unhappy. Expectations not well-managed. All in all, altho hotel & employees were good, I would never do this again. I did it b/c we had very early flight & I thought it would save time & money to drive my own car & sleep near airport. But factoring in dealing with shuttle on both ends, we would've been better off just sleeping @ home the nite before the flight & taking a car service. Maybe would have amounted to a little more money, but would've been worth it to avoid aggravation of parking in the hotel's icky lot, lugging our bags around, & waiting so long for shuttle. Just not for me. Lesson learned.

The breakfast was good! One of the treadmills didn’t work in the gym.

Upon Returning from our stay we went to P 4 area to wait for the return flight shuttle. After a half hr, we had to pay $20 to get a ride back to the hotel a half mile from the hotel only to find the shuttle was at the hotel. It remained there the entire time we checked out and validated our parking stub. Other passengers were waiting as well. When you say the shuttle runs 24 hrs every 25 to 30 minutes for that pick up area you should deliver it. Departing shuttle was great pick up shuttle not so much. After traveling for nearly 12 hrs that’s the last thing you want to experience at 2am.

We stayed at the hotel the night before and it was great. The car was parked, and they took us to the airport the following morning.
