The room and prices were good. However, when we returned from our trip & needed a ride back to the hotel, the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude. She left me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me before I could finish tellingnher what we needed. The shuttle didn't arrive for another 40 min. It was 11:45pm when they finally came to get us & there wasn't room for all the passengers. The shuttle was supposed to stop running at midnight. The driver was good and made an extra trip to come back and get everyone. But if the dispatcher had been more organized and helpful it wouldn't have been a problem.

The lady in the front lobby on the day departing to airport was extremely rude. The bus shuttle left 10 Minutes before the departure time.

Love the Embassy Suites - comfy beds and wonderful cooked breakfast in the morning. Plus they let us park our car underground out of the elements while we are gone. Only problem we had was that they took a long time to pick us up after we came back from our trip. It was about a 45 minute wait after they had told me it would be 10 - 15 minutes. We had to call them twice t make sure they were still coming. It was late and we were tired, so that long of a wait was not good.

wonderful hotel with affordable prices and awesome cook to order breakfast. rooms are excellent and comfortable and the parking for the stay park and fly is the best- all underground and protected from extreme heat and weather that Texas is famous for. Secure and safe- A short ride to Love Field on the shuttle - this was our fourth time using the stay park and fly option- love it- the parking rates are cheaper than the out door lots at the airport. The total for a two room suite, full breakfast and parking for 14 days was only $230. If our bags had arrived at baggage claim 5 minutes sooner there would have been no wait for the shuttle to return from the hotel- it runs every 30 minutes or so

We called 2 weeks in advance to arrange a shuttle at 430am. The hotel responded call back the day prior. So we did and got on the 430am list. When we arrived at hotel we double checked our 430 shuttle. Victor who was at the front desk said I’m not going to lie, let me show you what happened. He walked over to the list and our name was only one on it. And it was for 430am. Then he pulled out clip bird and the list was full without our name on it. He apologized and even offered money out of his own wallet. We denied and called a Lyft. The shuttle that picked us up took over an hour and we called multiple times and the hotel said 15 more minutes.

Highly recommend. Worked out very well. Our car was parked in their parking garage for 8 days and all was well. Schedule to the airport was there when we were ready. We waited a bit on return but that is harder to coordinate.

Perfect for us. Probably set a record. Got picked up 6 minutes after retrieving bags. At the garage 13 minutes later and on Central Expressway in another 13 minutes (32 minutes total). Everyone was helpful. Room was adequate for just an overnight. Driver to Love Field was on time. Price for everything was reasonable. Only disappointment — we would like some 6:00 a.m. departures and your shuttle doesn’t start early enough. Have already recommended E.S. to friends.

Hotel was nice, shuttle service didn't pick us up from the airport . We had to call a Lyft to get back to hotel. What a joke!!
