My park and fly worked out great for us! The motel is clean and helpful. We stayed a night before our trip and then took a shuttle that was on time and helpful. When we returned I called the hotel that we arrived back from our trip and then took a hotel told me the shuttle would be there in ten minutes and where to wait for it. They arrived early and we had no wait at all. We were in our vehicle and driving back home within 20 minutes of landing.

We were very impressed with the parksleepandfly program.
It was very easy to set up, we were greeted warmly, dropped off at the airport,and picked up in a very timely manner.
We will definitely use this service again. It was convenient and affordable.

We had a great stay at the beginning of our trip. Holiday Inn G.R. Airport made it quick and simple to sleep, park and fly. Shuttle was quick to come get us when we returned. Holiday Inn was nice. Everyone was friendly. Had dinner on the property. We were 1 order too late for the steak special which looked amazing but the wings did the trick as well! Will definitely stay here again when we travel!

The shuttle service person was late arriving for our departure to the airport BUT the concierge person ordered us an UBER or other options for dropping off to airport. On return flight shuttle was on time and very much appreciated

Everything was perfect except the restaurant didn't have enough staff. The one lady who was working as bartender and server was very nice and apologetic about the delay. She was actually running to get all the customers served. There was also only one cook in duty. The restaurant was packed and the two employees did their best. Management take note.
