Hotel did not have shuttle service when I got back late on a Sunday night. Will not be staying there again if they can't provide a service I signed up and paid for.

Everything was great - price, amenities, shuttle, and most importantly customer service! There was an extended wait for the shuttle upon my return but this didn’t affect my overall rating. The customer service made up for the lateness.

Hotel was old and dirty. The shuttle was advertised to run at 4:00 am, but did not run until 4:10, and then only could hold 8. There were triple that amount of people waiting to get to the airport. we got on the second shuttle, but almost missed our flight at 5:30 am.

Got into airport at 1:30 am call hotel for shuttle, sorry shuttle stops at 10:30…. No Ubers just stuck at the airport

The hotel itself and breakfast was great…pickup from airport not so much. Had to call twice for pickup and waited 27 minutes for a 2 minute trip.

Hotel location is great. Very close to airport. Service is not great. Had to call 3 times to get someone to answer for shuttle and wait over 30 mins in rainy weather for them to come.
