The hotel was fine. Clean, comfortable. But NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE with NO WARNING. Would never recommend this to anyone for any reason. Beyond frustrating. The manager, when I called to complain, blamed everyone else. Apparently not realizing that the manager is in charge of making things work. Uber and/taxi options were mentioned as options but neither could arrive quickly enough to be a good option.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Shuttle was right on time leaving and they picked us up at the airport within 15 minutes of calling. Will be using this service again.

The hotel is not more than a couple of years old and having an on-site bar/ restaurant are definitely a huge bonus. The staff that we encountered whilst checking in and the drivers of the shuttle were all amazingly helpful and professional whilst still retaining a personal touch. The room was more than adequate for our one night stay being spacious and supplying all the normal things that you would expect.

Offered no shuttle service to or from airport. I confirmed that the hotel shuttle was running with the staff prior to arriving (twice—before arriving in Indianapolis) and was told on the phone their shuttle was running. I had to book an Uber to get to the airport and took a taxi at the end of the trip. I would have made alternative arrangements if I knew the service was not available.

Only problem was NO shuttle when we arrived back to Indy at midnight and no return shuttle or back up plan in place We had to uber to our vehicle. Very stressful with everything else going on

We were pleased with this hotel. It was very clean and tastefully decorated and everyone was friendly. We felt it was a good price for a nice stay.
