They had double booked people due to a computer error. They tried to upgrade me to a suite and it had garbage everywhere so I hauled everything back down and was told by manager to wait til they could get it cleaned at 1130 pm. I was so tired. I asked someone else if my room was cleaned and he put me in a different one n the other side. It was well after midnight and I was so tired.

This hotel was convenient and comfortable. The staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Great restaurant too - our meals (dinner and breakfast) were excellent. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be back!

Parking for 2 weeks was very reasonably priced. The hotel room was clean and accommodating.

We purchased through parksleepfly because they had better pricing than going direct due to being away over 2 weeks. Even though I had a confirmation that I had booked 2 queen beds but the hotel staff said I booked a king on one of the two nights. Thankfully they were able to put us in a room with 2 queens and the second night for when we return was right with 2 queens. I was surprised we had no microwave in our room. That’s no fault, it’s just something to take note of. I enjoyed the nice shower. A full body shower with good pressure. The staff was great and did their job well. The restaurant was great as well if you are looking for a nice meal. I wish the hotel had a card or key tag or something with the # to call for pickup upon return. We were 15 minutes getting someone to answer our call for a shuttle. The shuttle was very convenient once we got someone to answer the phone. Calling and leaving a message isn’t assuring that a shuttle is on the way.

Best thing I have done before travel! I live just outside Edmonton and because the Edmonton Airport was not open for international travel it meant driving to Calgary. I had an afternoon flight so could have risked driving in the morning but chose parksleepfly. I got great sleep before my 20 hours of travel and did not have to be concerned something may happen on the drive to Calgary but if it did I still had time to make arrangements to the airport. The hotel shuttle took me to the airport for my flight out and picked me up and took me to my car after I returned. Thanks parkflysleep for outstanding service and a great hotel stay!

Very courteous, helpful staff that go over and above to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms were spacious and very clean. I will be staying here again.

Rooms are creatively decorated and really nice. Everything is very clean and staff are friendly and welcoming. Limited hours for shuttle service during the pandemic so I did have to take a cab from the airport.
