This hotel was horrible. They don’t have our reservation when we arrived. Took over 30 minutes for them to get us a room after I had to give them the confirmation. Don’t have us down for any parking. The staff was so rude, the morning staff was even worse. My husband asked “is there were we check in for the shuttle” and she actually said “if you read the sign you will figure that out” It is really hard to let a sign know you are there waiting. The hotel is absolutely disgusting too and smelled like everyone in every room was smoking weed. The lobby smells like it, the hallways. The icing on the cake we get to our room and no wi-fi, they said it was was broken. I was scared my car wouldn’t be there when we got back and tried to find another hotel close by but there wasn’t anything available or I would have lost my money and left.

Never got picked up by the shuttle and could not get through on the phone to anyone to talk to someone. Ended up having to pay 20.00 for a taxi to get us back to our car.

It was a mid range hotel, which was fine with me. It serves it's purpose for a quick overnight stay to catch a very early morning flight.

No shuttle pick up after 11.45. I am disabled and old. The front desk said Icwas on my own. I didnt knoe what to do. My wheelchair assistant already left. After trying uber and lyft. I started asking strangers for a ride. Someone sai a Taxi is $10 to $15. Why couldnt the front desk tell me that. After trying to get a ride for over half hour. It is difficult to push luggage on carpet. I asked if I could get a room close to tje front desk? She said all the rooms have carpet⁸
So I explained there is carpet in the hall way, may I have one bear the front desk. She gave mr the ladt room dpwn the hall. I came back to thr lobby refusing to help me. So i sat in my walker and walked backwards down the hsll. I am handicap, old and sick. My husband passed of cancer 14 years ago. It is just me. 5 years ago a virus attacked my body making it painful to walk. I need a place that can help me, not dismiss me like a nobody. Sorry, I wont be back.

I arrived back to pick up my vehicle to find the back driver side window broken. My vehicle had been broken into. Even though hotel has cameras they do not have cameras where they have you leave your fly, park, sleep vehicles. Hotel was VERY unconcerned.

Ideal hotel for Hobby pre flight & parking. Hotel has fitness room and pool. Quiet the night I was there. Room has microwave, fridge, & coffee maker. Did not find an inroom safe. Located 5-10 minute drive to Hobby. Tons of restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes. My car was parked within clear sight of hotel lobby. Return flight pick up was great. waited just 10 minutes, I was the only pick up. Driver was wonderful, put my luggage into my car for me. We'll patron La Quinta and ParkSleepFly again!

Would not recommend this hotel. They make you park at the farthest edge and do not have security. Our back window was broke and our vehicle was a mess. The hotel could care less. The police recommended we only use the garage across from the airport entrance

Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle was prompt andeasy to contact for pickup. Rooms need updating. Overall, no problems and would recommend as a good option for traveling.

Good stay. We had to leave car for 5 nights and it was just as we left it when we returned. The shuttle driver was on time and picked us up quickly on returning.
