Absolutely hands down the best Park sleep and fly we have ever used! We will be using them again in June! From the time we landed to the time we got to our vehicle it was less than 45 minutes!!

The hotel was as expected. The pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel. The breakfast was great. I thought that I had paid for everything beforehand but was charged one day of parking at the end. Both nights (a week apart) we arrived to a room with 3 towels even though there were 4 of us registered. Staff seemed potentially inexperienced but did well if that was the case. Overall I was happy with the stay.

The main problem with the parksleepfly program is that even if spaces are available at the hotel , I cannot book extra days of parking at the time of hotel check in.

The hotel was very nice as was their staff. Shuttle to the airport was 20 minutes late arriving at the hotel. We waited about 45 minutes for shuttle to pick us up after our return flight.

Facility is very nice. Room large comfortable. Stayed night before trip & upon return. Shuttle wait was for airport pickup...no wait to go to airport. Visa card was required as a deposit, not billed upon checkout. That's fine, but for some reason the credit card was declined. The clerk was hard to hear, & we didn't understand why the card used for payment was declined for the deposit. Luckily another staff solved whatever the issue...said it wasn't our card, but we never did understand what happened. Check in upon return trip everything went smoothly. Plenty of parking. Closeness to airport is great.

This worked exactly as expected. Parked, stayed and flew. Was picked up timely at the airport and brought back to the hotel and my car. All went well and was great except for the bed was very firm and a bit uncomfortable; pretty typical though.

The hotel was great. The ride to the airport was very prompt. Our pick up from the airport was a NIGHTMARE. We waited 1.5 hours for the shuttle. The shuttle game at about 45 minutes and my husband asked the driver what hotel (shuttle was not marked for Holiday Inn). The shuttle driver told my husband that it was not our shuttle. 45 minutes and 5 calls later to the hotel. The same driver shows up to take us to the hotel. So frustrated!

Everything went great but it took over 1/2 hour for shuttle to pick us up from airport. They had to use a replacement shuttle as the original one broke down. It wasn't that bad as there is a warm area to watch and wait for the shuttle.
