Excellent service! The rooms were well kept, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely use this see again.

First impression when I pulled in after a 15 hr drive was to just be out what I paid and get the heck out of there! Couldn’t find another hotel! I tried and was willing to be out almost 300$ to not have to stay here. Get out of my car and a chicken walked up to me! Yes a chicken just chilling in the parking lot. (It was there when I got back from the 7 day cruise haha) The clerk at the front desk was nice (hotel not so nice) The room wasn’t bad it was the rest of the place. A lot of sketchy people also reeked of weed. I’m not sure who wrote the reviews I read BUT I’ll never trust reviews again. I’m not even a picky person. I was amazed and happy to find my car still there. I just figured at that point I have insurance. I honestly figured it would be gone when I came back. My advice would be book right by the port and use their parking. MUCH nicer area. I also wasn’t confident in their free” taxi when it stated shuttle. I booked my own and they were amazing! The hotel wasn’t sure my luggage would fit in the cab! Knowing it was two adults and two kids when booked. So I didn’t save a dime and had to leave my car in a bad area. I’ve had great experiences with stay,Park, & cruise or fly. This was NOT one of them. I would not stay here again if I was offered a free room. If bad areas don’t bother you it would be ok. Dollar Tree literally almost in the parking lot (sane lot separated by a few bushes) and chickens roaming lol just overall a really bad area. Even the kids said do we have to stay here before I said a word.

The hotel was fine and served our purpose well. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and had a lot of items to choose from. We just needed a place to sleep and store our vehicle for our Carnival Cruise.

Very pleasant staff. Clean nice rooms. Decent breakfast. The shuttle was prompt to take us to the cruise port. Had to wait over an hour for it when we got back due to traffic issues.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in every way possible. The shuttle drivers were Awesome and very entertaining. Would definitely use this service again

Nice place. Convenient to park while cruising. Fairly close to the French Quarter. Only $20 Uber ride.

Great! Very comfortable beds and easy to find

Everything went great until we arrived back at the port after the cruise. I called the hotel desk as soon as we were ready for a ride. The hotel clerk said he would arrange for a ride and someone would be calling me within a few minutes. After 25 minutes I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the hotel back and he said he was having trouble getting in touch with the cab company and it should only be 10 or 15 more minutes. After about 10 minutes the hotel clerk called me and said they were unable to get a cab and we would need to get a cab at the port back to the hotel and they would take the price of the cab off of my hotel bill. At this point there was a huge line for cabs but we were able to finally get one and get back to the hotel. It took 15 minutes for the 2 desk clerks to figure out how to credit my card. Now looking at my pending credit card transactions it looks like they took the cab charge off but also charged it back. I guess I will wait and see after its not pending.

We were greeted by Ashley. We were early so we went and had lunch and came back. Room was very clean and comfortable. Ashley is very nice and she is a great asset to the Comfort suites.
