The lobby had an added perfume/diffuser/scent that was overwhelming. It was like walking into a perfume factory. Way too over done. It made it hard to breathe. The room had a very musty smell. The pillows just smelled. The A/C was either too hot or too cold and did not remove the musty smell.

The hotel was excellent but the shuttle driver is really rude. I learned that park and fly is not directly the hotel’s program but that is not the reason to treat customers rudely. We had large luggage for international travel and the driver was rude to us. Not a very good experience.

Hotel was easy to find and parking/check in was smooth. Room was great and food from the in-house restaurant was quick/tasty and hot. Airport shuttle was great both to and from the airport. The hotel and shuttle staff were friendly and helpful. Retrieving the car at the end of the trip was easy.

We enjoyed the hotel and convenience for the shuttle ride to the airport.
The only thing we didn't realize was that we were suppose to get a ticket number from someone. We had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to open the gate for us to leave.
