Shuttle was highlight.

Very convenient. Great staff!

A bit dated but clean and comfortable. Staff on duty at both check in and check out were polite and accommodating. Disappointed no micro win the room but this may be due to current Covid restrictions. Extreme delay in shuttle pickup upon return but individual on the desk was very helpful and apologetic. Nice lady.

I was very disappointed in the room and the surroundings. There was an odor that was prevalent and I felt it wasn't as clean as it should have been, especially in the current pandemic. My greatest concern was from the guests near me. There was a lot of noise throughout the evening and even when I departed at 4 am. Some was music, and there seemed to be constant traffic of people and cars outside my room. There were even times when it sounded like a bowling ball dropping and it startled me. The staff was adequate but not pleasant. I followed the directions given at check in concerning the ride to the airport and the morning staff told me I was too early. We have a Red Roof in our vicinity,and I expected that quality. I'll never assume again. The shuttle service, on the other hand, was outstanding! The drivers were prompt, courteous and very helpful!! I've used Park, Sleep and Fly in the past and will definitely use it again, from another hotel!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and shuttle arrived within 5 minutes.

For the price and parking convenience they were good. the size of the room was smaller than expected and online it appeared that there was a microwave and coffee available which was not the case

Hotel was adequate for the money and close to airport Room was Clean. Unfortunately the air conditioner was older and did not work that well. Could use updating.

My ac was hardly working but was only one nite

Our hotel room smelled like smoke and was very run down. Old furniture. Parts of the wall were coming off, stains on the wall. The man at the front desk was very nice though. The shuttle process was good.

It was a convenient place to stay and leave my car at during our trip.

The room was correct and met the expectations

The staff at the desk both upon our arrival and our return were excellent. They were friendly and very efficient. The room was clean, bed comfortable. We were in wheelchair accessible rooms for both stays which might have accounted for minimal counter space in bathroom; but if this was the standard layout, another deeper shelf would have been nice since there was no vanity to place things.

Rooms are clean. Wanted wake up call and never got it. No coffee maker in room.

I did not sleep at all. Beds were bad and we booked for 3 adults and got 2 full beds. We are not big people and the beds were to small. Questionable security. Room was cold and had an odor. This was the only hotel in the area that had 24 hour shuttle and my plane was returning at 11:45 PM after our trip so I had no choice.

Great for early flights and the shuttle service was excellent. Arrived to pick us up at the hotel within five minutes and on our return, we called the number on the card and they arrived within five minutes and brought us right to our car.

Great option for Albany airport park, sleep, fly. Only which there were breakfast.

It was good for 1-night stay. I would not stay multiple nights

Hotel experience was awful, and they charged me full amount despite my prepaid deposit online through parksleepfly. I had to haul everything back down to main office because the key wouldn't work (no big deal), then when I went back up the room was torn apart so I had to haul everything back down to the office for a different room, and I wouldn't call that room clean but at least it was in one piece. Then at checkout I was charged the full amount as mentioned above. Only the manager could deal with it and he wasn't there, she said.

Just stayed for a quick overnite to catch very early morning flight. Room was clean spacious and very well designed. Didn't need the desk, but it appeared to be a well designed and comfortable work space complete with charging ports and a comfortable swivel desk chair. The park sleep fly package worked out great. The airport shuttle was very prompt both going and coming. A bit of a reservation mixup at check-in was courteously and quickly resolved by the manager.
