We had a terrific experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was provided. Ample parking and close to the cruise port. Will definitely use this hotel again.

The Hyatt was amazing. Very comfortable. Excellent staff. Breakfast was great Sofiya greeted us and took such good care of us. She even worked to make our sandwich and cocktails. She made us feel like we were the most important people there while never ignoring anyone else. Having our vehicle stay there was wonderful too. A great service. I'll look forward to using it again

Nice, clean hotel. Short shuttle ride to the cruise port. Wish the parking was not out in the open. This needs to be communicated on your site. I prefer garage style or covered parking.

Large rooms, comfortable, but room for tub and toilet was so small the door almost touched the toilet, making it a little difficult to get in and out. Pool was closed temporarily but that was not a problem for us. Breakfast was fine, and staff were helpful and courteous. Parking lot was okay but not fenced or monitored.

Overall good experience and extremely convenient. Please note that no shuttle service was provided, which was fine due to the fact that our flight was very early and we wouldn’t have been able to take the shuttle anyway.

Hotel met our expectations. Have stayed there before so no surprises. Spacious room, good service, good breakfast (fresh foods, good variety). Shuttle to cruise ship fare had increased and was actually cheaper/faster to take a taxi there ($10 total for two people).
