The hotel is lovely and the staff was generally polite. The main restaurant was closed so we ate at the bar and the food was good

This hotel is outstanding the trip to the airport was seamless. Parking was taken care of and the breakfast was outstanding.

Fabulous experience with valet and shuttle staff. Very courteous, friendly and prompt. Will definitely stay again when flying from Reagan Airport. Beautiful and clean hotel stay. Highly recommended!

Great location, easy access, friendly staff! Nice bar, Caesar dressing was excellent. Comfy room, easy check-in/check-out. Prompt shuttle to and from National Airport. Will stay here again! Parking valets very attentive and professional!

The hotel was conveniently located to the airport and we could walk to get dinner. The room was clean. The shuttle was spacious and efficient. The service was top-notch, especially the valet. It was a very positive experience.

The Hyatt Regency is a nice hotel; however, it was not clean. The carpet in my room was dirty, there was a good film of dust on the room surfaces. A bulb in the nightstand light was burned out. When I looked up, into the bathroom exhaust vent it was horribly filthy and moldy. I have a picture of it. They need to inspect the rooms and especially during this time of pandemic.
