Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport - Vancouver International Airport

We thought the hotel had a shuttle to the cruise terminal. It did not

We did not use the hotel shuttle service because we were going to the cruise port. Therefore the questions concerning the shuttle are irrelevant. The hotel and parking were great and we got an Uber to the cruise port in a timely manner.

Great staff! Very clean rooms. Safe area. Parking was easy and secure.

Worked well for our trip needs. Quick check in. Left our car there for one week and came back to it she and sound.

We had a beautiful and comfortable room. Such a convenient place to leave our car in long term storage while we went on vacation.

We would stay here again. 10 minute shuttle ride from airport and it was convenient to leave our car in their indoor, locked parkade. Hotel had a restaurant- breakfast was not included with our room.

The hotel was not good. The shuttle to the airport just left without notifying anyone so we had to take a taxi (at the hotel’s expense), the room has 3 postage stamp pillows, we had to wait 45 minutes when we came back for a shuttle and then when I asked for additional pillows (twice) the front desk said no. I would not stay here ever again

This hotel is definitely not one that I would recommend to others, or use myself for future stays. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings had been replaced recently, but other than that there is nothing good to report. The "hotel" is a series of smaller buildings that have been "pieced together" with hallways---this meant that the room we were booked into was not connected to the main building or the elevators, and the instructions to even find the room were ridiculous. The bathroom fixtures and tiles were from the 80s era (with some mould visible in the grout lines and caulking) and the wallpaper in the room was peeling and water stained. Had it not been after midnight when we checked in, I would have definitely moved to a different hotel, but I was frankly just too tired after my days travel to do so. In regards to the parking, it was in a "secure" parkade, but the gentleman at the front desk said he could not emphasize enough that we remove everything from the car, due to the high incidence of auto theft/breakins in the surrounding area. That did NOT instill a lot of confidence in me, but thankfully my car was untouched. Honestly, as a travel advisor, my recommendation to you would be to remove this property from your inventory.

We had no complaints at all. Used the gym and the restaurant was wonderful. Great staff there too. Easy use of shuttle and use of parking for our trip away. We will come again.

The Executive Hotel at Vancouver Airport was great. The check-in was quick, simple and friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Parking was indoors in a secure garage. The ParkSleepFly package worked out great.

The hotel was excellent, nice room and a huge plus that we could park our car there while we went on a cruise!

This was a great place to stay and leave our car. They had a secure indoor space.

Loves the hotel and the bed was very comfortable. The park and fly was good all except being picked up at the airport upon our return. We waited an hour and in that time two shuttles from the hotel came and never stopped to let anyone on it was extremely frustrating

Hotel staff upgraded our room on check in! Executive Hotel Vancouver had parking for our travel van which is too tall to fit in a parking garage. Van was safe and sound when we returned a week later.
