The room was fine, there was no coffee available for our early flight. Very sparsely staffed. There was no shuttle, they called us a taxi.

Despite the major snowstorm we made it to the airport on time! Edgar and the rest of the staff did a fantastic job arranging our transportation to and from Logan Airport. The hotel is clean, quiet and the beds are very warm and comfortable! Highly recommend 👍🏻

The hotel was fine EXCEPT the shower which was barely a trickle. It took so long to get the soap off that we were running late. The shuttle was outside and my husband went up to the back of it. The driver saw him and just drove away. When she was called she said she left because she was “running behind” it would have taken less than 2 mins to let us in. Luckily for us our flight was delayed. The return trip was super easy though. I called, they told us where to wait. 5 mins later we were picked up. Overall we would choose to stay here again, hopefully the shower situation gets fixed.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. We got the shuttle coming home and the driver waited while someone in our party retrieved a lost bag. My only complaint (minor) was that for breakfast, other than coffee, they only offer a $16 buffet. They have a great limited dinner menu that is excellent.

The room was great. Clearly new. The room had an usual angle to it. It made it feel less like a hotel room. Stayed less then a night to get to the airport before 4. Due to early hour could not use hotel van. Coming back I called the hotel and the van picked us up in about 15 minutes. A little confused. I called and 4:15, originally the hotel said they were leaving again at 5 but I thought the van runs every 30 minutes?? no issues and my car was where i left it. At $400 for the 12 days of parking and 8 hours at the hotel i am not sure I would do it again. might just be a pain and use the other long term parking or impose on family to get up at 2 in the morning...... I would recommend for others to at least look at this option.

Hotel was clean and spacious. We loved the pool for the kids. Also, shuttle was so easy and convenient when it came to getting to and from the airport. Especially when we returned, we just called the hotel when we landed and they sent the shuttle. The shuttle arrived right as we walked out the door after picking up our luggage!

The parking spaces were very small. The rooms are beautiful and new, but our shower had no water pressure. The staff was very confused about our hotel room reservation at the end of of parking reservation. There aren’t too many food options available near the hotel.

Great hotel close to airport. Very quiet considering in busy area. New and modern, nice decor, very very clean. Bar and small restaurant in hotel. We had drinks and something to eat when we arrived. Bartender was super nice and food was very tasty. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great hotel to stay at if you are flying out early the next morning. Shuttle bus to and from the airport runs every 1/2 hour

minor issue - Shower door was about to fall off track - notified desk (we have noticed in MANY hotels, not just Holiday Inn - that bathroom fixtures are often loose/broken/malfunctioning - cleaning staff appears not to notice or report)
