The service was excellent with one exception. Although there was shuttle service from the hotel to the airport at the start of our journey, when we returned there was no shuttle service from the airport back to the hotel. We had to take an Uber.

I’ve used parksleepfly before and love the idea, first time at this hotel. Staff was nice, both shuttle drivers were beyond amazing, room dirty, bed extremely uncomfortable, pubic hairs all over shower walls 😳

My stay was good and I was shuttled to the airport, but when I returned I called to have the shuttle pick me up and was told that there was no shuttle driver for that shift so I would have to wait until 4:30 or find my own way back. This would have been about a 3 hour wat for the shuttle. This was the service I paid for and was not even offered an apology. When I arrived at my car it was to find it parked in about a6 inches of water.

Friendly staff, very nice clean rooms. Would definitely use this again for an overnight stay due to flight times
