The hotel was very shabby, needed lots of renovation. The main areas were dirty and very cold. Leftover food on tables in the lobby and staff were all in heavy coats. Shuttle van was old and dirty and the driver did not help with luggage or getting passengers in the van. There was no low step or small stool to use to get up into the van. Will never stay or recommend this hotel again. Stayed there previously and it has really gone downhill.

I was very pleased with everything. The room was clean. It could use a higher quality of mattress. But overall the service and convenience of being close to the airport and being able to leave my car with no worries was great. Definitely use them again.

When someone of my generation says “Radisson” you have an image of a very posh, 5 star hotel. This hotel almost meets that expectation. Everything looks very nice but there is a feel that it’s on the edge of needing freshening up. Lobby and staff are very welcoming. Shuttle service was great, prompt and efficient. Room was good, comfortable but not elegant or special by any means.
No black out curtains on my window! Not sure if this is true of every room. For a safe quiet place to sleep before flying out and a safe reasonable place to leave my car while gone I give this place a 5 star rating... for the actual hotel, a solid 4star

We will return to the Raddison next time we need to fly out of SLC. It exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have been happier with our experience.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. It was just a few minutes away. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shuttle driver who took us to the airport was very personable and was an expert driver, maneuvering through the tight traffic at the airport. We were very surprised when he was the same driver who also met us on our return trip home. He was very helpful and pleasant, even though our return trip arrived close to midnight. I would definitely recommend this hotel and their service.

Extremely professional staff and very accommodating. I arrived at 12:55 just as the kitchen was closing for lunch but was still able to get a turkey sandwich on toast, that was very good.
