The hotel was nice and convenient for our travel. Our family reserved a stay prior to travel and after travel due to our flight times. The shuttle was amazing--prompt and courteous. Our flight did not get in until 1:00AM, and when we checked in for our last night of stay, the hotel was "full" so we did not get the type of room we had reserved. I'm not sure how they can give a room to someone else that has already been booked. Also, the breakfast was below average compared to similar hotels. I was overcharged $97.40 by either the hotel or ParkSleepFly and have yet to hear back from ParkSleepFly customer service regarding the situation. I will change my review once corrected.

The stay was nice, the suite was awesome. So was the breakfast. The only issue I had was a $25 charge that was added to my room. After a call and a waiting period, the charge was reversed. The shuttle drive was also a bonus!

Return shuttle from the airport to our hotel took over an hour to arrive after calling from ground transportation. The driver was very apologetic and courteous as he was the only one on staff and this is no reflection on him. Your management needs to strive to add more good employees.

Very clean and modern with friendly attentive staff. Exactly what you would want from a hotel. I was concerned about the long stay parking being the regular parking lot but my vehicle was there for 4 weeks without incident. I would be happy leaving a vehicle there again.
