Great hotel. The breakfast was very good. Plus our car battery died, but the shuttle driver helped to get it started.

The Staff at the Hampton Inn was exceptional…..everyone very friendly! The evening shuttle driver was the best of the best! It’s the staff that garnered my high reviews. Hotel itself and room was average at best.

Great staff Quiet Only complaint- fitness room equipment needs maintenance Snafu when I returned to rdu with shuttle. Hotel person on break, next door hotel driver was to pick me up and didn’t. Waited almost an hour. Staff were apologetic and it was just a snafu…

Hotel is clean, modern and considerately inexpensive with all the services provided ie, a safe place to park and a great hotel to stay on both ends of our long journey to the Philippines and back, the free shuttle is a welcome added bonus, worth mentioning is the shuttle driver, Tara, to our hotel, Hampton Inn and Suites, is especially great, she is excellence in 1 package, professional, engages in good light hearted conversation, knowledgeable of the area and very open, it is obvious she loves her job which is really appreciated after 21 hours of flying, arriving and picking up at 10 PM after going through 13 different time changes. She eased our minds and bodies and after a nights rest and a great free breakfast we were ready for our 3 hour drive home. I am 86 and my wife 68 so you can appreciate how much Tara and the staff at the hotel were there when we needed them most. TY TARA, Remy and I love you.

The hotel staff was great - especially Dani and the other young man shuttle driver (working on 12/20/2023 and 12/21/2023)! They were professional, very helpful and personable, especially when someone mistakenly took my husband’s suitcase from the van when she was dropped off for her flight -and/ the young man shuttle driver immediately drove back to the previous drop off location to retrieve my husband’s bag and brought it back to him! The hotel was clean and the room was more than adequate — with a very nice bathroom!

We have used this hotel before and have been pleased with the rooms, staff and accommodations. However, our most recent stay we found the accommodations lacking. We booked through park sleep and fly and were under the impression that we would be able to utilize the hotels shuttle service to get to and from the airport. Our airline changed our departure time, which required us to leave the hotel 30mins before the shuttle was offered. The hotel only offered contact information for a private car service and then we had to pay for it ourselves!!! We also never received our 3am wake up call. With a number of hotels in the area I will take my money elsewhere.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was available early and included all one could ask for. The only difficulty was finding the hotel behind a shopping area and coming from an unusual direction. Even with GPS, I had to stop at another hotel and ask for directions.
