Hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was clean. No wait for the shuttle leaving hotel to airport, just waited for it after flight, to go back to the hotel after the trip.

Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Not a fast food fan, but a McDonalds right next door. The shuttle service was great. He was there just before 4 am for our early morning flight. On returning, got our bags, called the hotel and shuttle was there in 10 minutes. The price was cheaper than parking at the airport for our entire trip.

My only complaint would be that I was not provided with a telephone number for pick up on my return - but perhaps that was my fault as I did not ask either. My hotel room was as expected. Shuttle drivers were great and I was delivered in plenty of time to make my flight - Waiting 10- 15 minutes for pick up after I contacted the hotel was as expected. My vehicle was found in the same condition as left. I would use this service and hotel again! Again telephone number not easily seen on you web site! An American Airline Agent had to look up your telephone number for me. Cries of shame shame shame were heard!

Convenience was great. Timely pick up to go to the airport, not so much coming back.i was told it wld b 15 min it was over half an hour. Believe it or not the toilet did not work. Thank god I'm old and know how to fill the waste basket w water to take care of the situation. When I reported this the reply was "well that's not good". No one came, thus the bucket. Rooms r clean but dreary and TV reception is awful. Lastly don't count on your wake up call..

The room was clean but we wanted to buy water and the machine did not take any card we had nor would it take exact change. This was extremely annoying. The weather was hot and humid. Also we could not check in early which was okay but there was no bathroom to use.
