Pretty good hotel as far as facilities go. Not good for airport stays, though. They advertised an airport shuttle 24 hours/day but they don't really have it. After we arrived to drop our car it was explained that they stop at midnight. When we landed the following week at 11:40pm, the shuttle was not running. The staff called a taxi - but it had to be one specific taxi driver (who was already occupied) which resulted in a 1 hour wait outside the airport as other taxis came and went.

Very clean. Love that they have big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion. Down fall was the airport shuttle doesn’t run 24/7 like they say. The shuttle starts running at 7am. They call you a cab and they pay for the cab. I was told when I return I can call the hotel or just call the cab that took me to airport. I called the cab. When I returned to the hotel to get my car they told me because the shuttle was available at that time they where not paying for my cab ride. That’s not what I was told when I left. Also there is no where to leave your car securely. You just park in there normal parking lot.

Unbelievable friendly and accommodating service! Very clean and offered all that a guest might want in a hotel. Great to be able to park there and have shuttle to and from airport.

What a horrible experience! My husband and I have used the park sleep fly site many times. This time, we decided to branch out and try a Tru hotel. What a mistake! For the exact same price as a decent hotel, we stayed in a hotel that is the equivalent of a poorly arranged college dorm room. Both at check in and when we picked up our car after returning to Syracuse, we had to search for someone at the front desk. When we called for the shuttle, we were told to take a cab and that the hotel would reimburse our driver. Come on! This is not what my husband and I signed up for. The cab driver even said to us,” You give me a tip.” If we’d had a shuttle we w we wouldn’t have been forced to give a tip! This hotel will never see another dollar of our money!
