Needs paint and remodel. Disappointing dark old room and accessibility. Breakfast was a joke. Two half empty cereal containers, a jug of milk almost empty and an ancient pancake conveyor machine that was out of pancake mix. Waited to be picked up at sea port and finally had to pay $60 to get to the hotel to pick up our car. We called 5 times for pickup and shuttle did not show up. I think after paying over $500 they should at least reimburse us the $60. I have used Park and Fly in the past and it was great but this hotel was awful.

This hotel is an older hotel. However the family that owns/runs it are fantastic. Absolutely the most helpful and considerate people we have experienced on our travels. The day we got in from the cruise there was a mix up. They told us to get a taxi and they would reimburse us. That’s exactly what they did. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was satisfied until we stood out in the rain for 1 1/2 hours waiting for the shuttle to pick us up when our ship arrived back in Seattle.I have used various shuttle services in the past and was quite surprised to wait that long. The shuttle driver was not only oblivious to our needs but not a good driver ,he was all over the road and dangerous. For the first time in my life I did not tip a driver and that was unheard of. The girl at the motel was courteous and pleasant and the room was old but clean!!

Hotel was very clean and staff and owners were very nice. The only thing I would like to see was a better breakfast! It was continental but selection was very sparce.

We had a very nice room and the desk staff were exceptionally helpful as well as friendly. The park and shuttle process worked well for us and an added benefit was to meet the owner on our return shuttle trip and enjoy a learning experience about his career and the challenges one of his staff is going through. Great experience.
