Fresh, new facility, with personable staff. we parked our car there and had an easy shuttle. Decent breakfast. Coffee could have been stronger.

Hotel was very loud. Both internal noise an external noise. Room 103 had no soap dish in the shower.

Would give 5 stars but gal at check in wasn't the best. She told us she'd have to come let us in side door because key cards "don't work" We waited and waited but she never showed up so hubby had to go back around building in freezing weather. He had to prop open a door to get back in and a young man who worked there asked him "can't you f*#king read??" and pointed to a sign saying not to prop door open. Very rude staff. Other than that, very nice hotel.

We checked into the hotel around 1130pm. I wish we could have made out shuttle reservation before arriving bc we would have been in trouble if there weren’t room when we had to be at the airport by 5am. The clerk wasn’t very friendly; nor was she exactly rude. Just a very flat affect. We waited about 20-25 mins for the shuttle when we returned from our trip and it was chilly outside. I wish the shuttle timing were a little more specific other than “once every hour after the 25th of the hour” The room was really comfortable and breakfast was convenient.

I forgot a set of AirPods in the room. I know exactly where I left them and they were not held or returned. While the hotel is not liable for forgotten items, it speaks volumes about the staff.

Hotel was good...quiet and shuttle was ready when I came down, overbooked so one young lady sat on her friend's lap...and people were under the impression that they would be dropped off at their airlines and the driver didn't make it clear. Upon arrival back in Denver, I walked out the door to go the island #3 to wait, and the shuttle pulled up in a few minutes.

hotel was good- shuttle wait was a hour and half wait - seemed a bit long. shuttle only runs once an hour and skipped an hour over lunch time.

The hotel was good, the reason for my rating is there were no shuttles available to take me to the airport. There is no reason for this, as people make reservations. There were three or four people in front of me in line that were not able to schedule a shuttle, then me and who knows how many people after me. The shuttle is full, so get another one, there was more than enough time, I had to pay for an UBER to make my plane. Unacceptable! If you offer free shuttle, you should provide one.
