The hotel lobby and restaurant area has a musty smell. The front desk staff was not friendly individual upon checking, and when question whoever asked during our stay.

The quality of the room was good. I was concerned when my family and I entered the facility and the noise level of others guests who were in the area across from the desk, because it made it hard to hear while talking to lady at the desk.

This is my go-to whenever I need to park sleep and fly. The staff is great (I’ve seen familiar faces for a while too), the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy, the parking is ample and lighted and the shuttle runs on a regular schedule and the drivers are always nice and they tell you what to do when you return . The breakfast is always good too. Most importantly, the price is reasonable! I have stayed here the last 4 times I have have needed to park and fly! Don’t be confused by the reservation when you get it- Mainstay shares a front desk with Sleep Away. The reservation says there is no front desk. The 2 hotels are actually connected.

Hotel was fine. Needs some repairs inside. Room clean, comfortable. VERY VERY upset about shuttle. I stood outside for one hour 45 minutes. Driver got honked at 3 times for swerving in left lane. I was not happy to say the least. It was freezing and snowing. Hotel staff didn’t seem any concerned that I went through that. It was late, I was crying, NOT HAPPY.

The location is great. The only problem we had was with the shuttle reservation and the driver. Shuttle time was reserved by phone on the way to Denver and when we checked in, there was no reservation. Time for shuttle was set again upon arrival and the next morning, the shuttle driver left early without checking for who he was supposed to pick up and called to return to get things right. He was full of excused and a bit rude about the whole thing

Overall, the trip was fine. The pillows at the hotel were very comfortable. The weak link in service seems to be the shuttle service. There were so many people waiting for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel that the shuttle was not big enough to accomodate them. A larger shuttle bus or running 2 of the current buses simultaneously would help solve that issue.

The hotel itself was nice. However the shuttle was awful! We waited an hour on the morning of our flight and that was a scheduled transfer! On the way home we waited an hour and a half for a shuttle to pick us up. We called the hotel three times, and all the other hotel shuttles came back through 3 to 4 times in the time waited for ours. We landed at 1:30 am called the the hotel, who said it was on its way and we didn’t get back to our room until 3:45 am.

We left early on the outbound flight , shuttle was easy and convenient . Coming from Europe have the shuttle pick me up and take me the hotel was fantastic. It was very nice to have a hot shower and a quite room !

While the hotel room was fine, the shuttle service had some glitches. We had called the hotel four days prior to our arrival to confirm the shuttle situation. We were told to just show up and it would be arranged on that day. When we checked-in, the shuttle time that we needed was already full. They accommodated us but this was very frustrating especially since we called ahead. On the return trip, we called when we arrived at the designated spot at DIA and was told that there were two vehicles out and running and we could expect one in 15 min. After over 35 minutes, we called again and they instructed that it would be 5 minutes and tried to tell us that we may not be in correct location (we were!). Another 15-20 minutes rolls by and finally we see a shuttle. Then, believe it or not, another one came at the same time. The first phone call was obviously not honest communication. This is completely unacceptable service. We are very unhappy.
