Great location, friendly,comfortable.

Slept great. Great bed, quiet, clean room, nice shower:) All staff very nice.

Courtyard by Marriott in Erlanger KY (Greater Cincinnati Airport) is always our go- to when traveling by air.

Hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. Our only problem with the room was the holder for the toilet paper...it was broken and wouldn't hold the paper. We did not bother reporting it to the staff. Shuttle service was very prompt and easy to use! We would definitely use this service again!

Only piece missing was food availability at the Hotel.

Nice hotel but renovation in progress caused some inconvenience so it was not as good an experience as could normally be expected.

Our room was fairly clean as we noticed some construction leftover dust in the corners. The bed was comfy! We were disappointed by the fact that construction crews were painting, sanding, etc within a few feet of where we were having coffee in the morning. I realize that things have changed with COVID but the breakfast options were pathetic. We were without soap in the room both nights we stayed and no towels the first night we stayed. We were able to get the items needed but the fact the room was without them screams incompetence of the management. Our stay was overpriced for the overall condition of the hotel. The park and fly service is a great service especially before and after a long flight and I would do it again but not at this facility.

Being under construction, the hotel was clean inside. I would stay here again, when I'm in need of the facilities.

Everything was good, but did not have correct information where to catch the shuttle from the airport. We waited where we were left off at the airport. Called twice was not told we were at the wrong pick up spot. called hotel 2 times to get shuttle and got no answer.

Clean, best mattress ever, staff very nice

Even under construction and at the tail end of COVID lock down, this hotel is a good choice for flyers. Our first room had an air conditioner problem, but we were quickly moved to a nearby room (with fabulous AC). The shuttle was on time and dropped us right in front of check-in at the airport. A phone call to the hotel when we arrived brought the return shuttle in a timely manner.

The room was renovated and was so nice. All personnel were pleasant. Will stay again.

Motel has a very convenient location. It is currently being remodeled, but our room was great! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator which were handy.

Great Hotel for staying close to the airport. Recently remodeled rooms with nice showers and huge TVs. Free transport van to the airport which is about five minutes away.
