The hotel and staff were above average. It was our first time using the website and we will use it again. The shuttle runs every hour, the site indicated it ran every half hour.

We waited for the shuttle at the lobby of the hotel. It was convenient. Check out was at At 11 rescheduled the pick up for 1215. Shuttle was a little late, but we got to the port in time no issues.

The hotel stay was great. The shuttle going to the airport was fine. The pick up at the airport was a complete disaster! I called and was sent to voicemail 4 times, then spoke with someone at the desk that I could barley understand. Finally, 1 hour later from my first phone call they picked me up. It was a very upsetting situation. Aside form that the driver was on 2 cell phones, one for business and one mostly for pleasure. He was very loud, and was waving his hands around and was not paying attention to the road. Never again can I trust this kind of service.

Location was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Shuttle and drivers were super. Biggest negative landed on Front Desk. Were definitely not forthcoming with any pertinent infomation, i.e. parking location access, breakfast area opening times, elevator location, return shuttle access location, etc. If you didn't ask specifically, they never thought to be sure you knew. This ended up removing Star #5.

Hotel is clean, quiet and located just a mile from Fort Lauderdale airport. Didn’t have time to check out the amenities but the bed was pretty decent and shower was roomy. Airport shuttle was a huge plus as was long term parking. It was cheaper to stay and park here than just parking would have been for our trip. Bonus we didn’t have to deal with early morning traffic!

Stayed at the Wyndham Garden for our flight out of Ft Lauderdale. Covered parking, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Shuttle was on time and ride to the airport was very short. The whole process was seamless!

The Wyndham was a great place to stay for our trip to the Bahamas for our park n fly. It was so easy to get to from the interstate and the shuttle service was excellant. Everyone was very friendly. We would have like options for breakfast as we only eat cereal, juice, and coffee. We stayed both before and after our trip which worked out very well. I did have trouble adding the room before our trip later after the initial reservation was done.

Everything went fine; I parked my car, got the card to put on my dashboard from the hotel front desk, and I ate at the small restaurant. I went to bed and they took me to the airport the next morning. Perfect.
