Room and staff were excellent. Only thing I would say to change would be their taxi service. He was a very friendly gentleman however, it was a scary ride to the airport because he was all over the road taking up both lanes, cars honking at us and the shape of the van he drove was in pretty ruff shape. And the smell was horrible. Same man picked us up from the airport to return us to our cars.

Hotel room wise was fine, however the hotel dropped the ball not only on the wake up call but also on the shuttle ride to and from the airport. I paid for the taxi both times, yes the hotel has a "slip" but the night desk person wasnt there when it was time to leave, waited a good 10 minutes. Second time they wouldnt do anything since it wasnt there shuttle service. Manager wasnt on duty either so it wasnt the best experience from a customer service experience. Supposedly the manager is going to call me this morning 26aug2019 but I highly doubt it.
I always set alarms as a precaution with a wake up so my flight was made but its the principle of the matter. Rather the lack there of.

Hotel is older and dirty. Our first room had work being done in it and we were then assigned a second room which was very small and had a smoke smell to it. Staff was very good and helpful with everything. Mainly the facility.

The hotel was what I expected. What wasn’t known to me was the additional charge to park my vehicle- I thought the price included the parking rate, but it cost an additional $10. Upon return, the cab ride was very poor. The van was extremely filthy on the inside. The old man driving it never spoke one word to us, couldn’t wait to get out of it. I placed my own bags in and out of the vehicle. Lyft would have been so much better and courteous.
