When we arrived at Comfort Suites it had been turned into a immigration center. There was no explanation, just "this is the city of Denver". Our room was satisfactory but nothing else (there was no breakfast or anything else as the lobby and eating area was being used to feed the folks being sheltered). The shuttle got us to the airport on time but when we got back I called the front desk and they said "no shuttle, things have changed". We had to take a taxi to go get our car at 1130 at night and it cost $41.40 for that short ride with no compensation from the hotel (couldn't get in touch with the manager). It would have been nice if someone had contacted me of the changes prior to our arrival on 12/24 and helped us change our reservation to a hotel that was not being used as a shelter.

Very poor communication from the hotel. Shuttle to airport overbooked at 4:00 Am. Waited over an hour for the hotel to pick us up. The suspended the shuttle service while we were on our trip. Had to call hotel to get us, manager done to air PO try to pick us up. Hotel charge us f for parking on top of our contract that we had to get back.

Great staff, location, facilities and breakfast.

All went well. Easy, convenient parking and shuttle. Comfortable quiet room. Our car was safe, parked just outside the entrance to the hotel in a well lit lot.

I've stayed at this hotel both before and after my trips. Shuttle service was always timely and drivers helpful and friendly. My experience staying the night before my trip was excellent - no issues with shuttle. But when I dropped my car off to leave it there and take the shuttle immediately to the airport with a stay at the hotel the night I was to return, I got a little grief from the hotel clerk. She wouldn't put me on the shuttle list because I didn't have a room number. But since I was staying when I returned from my trip, I would not have a room number until I got back. It took a while to work this out.

Clean,comfortable nice staff

Horrible. Someone broke into my car. You're staff knew it got broke into and didn't call me. Comfort Inn should pay for my window replacement

Room was clean. Elevators were smoky and smoky smelling. Lobby bathroom was very dirty (smelled like smoke, had cigarette butts in toilet, puddles on ground, sink was very dirty) breakfast staff was friendly. First front desk person "misplaced" our reservation and shuttle reservation. Second front desk person seemed like they hadn't slept in days but was trying their best.

Hotel was clean, close-by airport, parking was safe for 7 nights, shuttle to sand from easy....

Excellent hotel, parking, and shuttle experience. Will definitely use this facility again.

Everything was very comfortable and clean.

We were only there for 5 hours. The AC was a little loud and you could only reserve your shuttle upon check-in. We didn’t arrive for check in until 9:30 pm so we couldn’t get our preferred shuttle time, other than that it was what we needed

The Jacyzzi was a life savor!

First time using the Park & Stay, and must say it was all pretty easy...going. I was able to check in our vehicle and pre-reserve our room for our return stay since we were getting in at Midnight, and traveling with my elderly mother who requires extra care, I wanted things as easy as can be on our return. The shuttle leaving was punctual, the driver very courteous. At this point the hotel staff EXCEEDED our expectations 5++++!! Coming home was another story. We waited over an hour for the shuttle to arrive, & this driver drove like a bat out of hell! The passengers sitting in the front row pulled out their camera so they could zoom in & see just how fast we were going! He didn't even slow down for turns! Poor mom was white knuckled! When we went to check in the clerk told me our reservation was for 3PM and there were no rooms available, that's what happens when you reserve online. I then explained that I already had a room assignment- room 420 with two queen beds, that was all arranged before we left. Quite interestingly he produced the only room in the hotel (where there were none before)- a king and a pullout couch. He saw my mother & how exhausted she was, I told him that wasn't acceptable we needed TWO beds, the TWO beds I made prearrangement for. I was told take it or come back at 3pm when your reservation is actually for. The room looked nice enough, although there was a haunting ominous noise. I proceeded to make up the pullout couch only to find the mattress had huge BLOOD stains! NOPE! After our experience at check-in, we chose not to complain and sleep on the lounge instead. The ominous noise turned out to be a faulty refrigerator, that quieted after being unplugged. The morning Staff was the same that I had checked in the week prior & was back to stellar! This clerk took all our information & said that she was going to call corporate- there were plenty of rooms available when we checked in- the night clerk lied. The morning clerk said she would call corporate send the photos & video she took from me, and that I should expect a call. That call NEVER came. I'm a realistic enough person to realize that people just have bad days & we got the night crew that must have been having one. The night shift would hugely benefit from ethnic diversity and elder care training. If you plan on using park & stay, it really is quite nice, easy peasy! Do make your return stay arrangements before you leave and ask for a print out confirmation. If your coming in on a red eye verify your check-in times, again GET A PRINTED CONFIRMATION.

Comfortable beds. Easy process. Shuttle on time. Only comment I would have is that breakfast was not timely or complete as advertised from 4-9 am.

The experience met requirements exactly.

Room was very nice and was clean. And, it was quiet! They had an extensive breakfast. We took a taxi from the airport because the shuttle wait was 30 minutes and we were exhausted from delayed flights. Shuttle from hotel to airport in AM was excellent. They keep a list at reception and do not overfill the shuttle. Your form needs a N/A option, as it forced me to rate parking services and I did not use them. So, I gave a 3 because I can't rate something that I didn't use.

Very restful

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was a bin smoking room. Clean though. People above us were loud.

Hotel was decent. Shuttle was terrible, over crowded. Couldn’t get shuttle from airport to hotel, not enough room, ended up having to purchase ride share.
